Today we trained and bused down to Apollo Bay.
Tomorrow morning we start walking this scenic 110km route which travels over numerous headlands and across many sandy beaches. Tides and waves can close of the beach routes, but we are lucky that there are low tides through the morning this week. We have purchased our groceries and have food for the five days, plus a bit of wine and beer!
After all chores were done we when for a walk down the beach....may not see much sun as wind and some rain is conning ashore this week. Such is life.
Not sure what wifi we will have, but I'll write anyway and post later. Back into Melboune Saturday to visit, then off to Sydney for a bit of r&r!
